Capital celebrates its win against Rocky Mountain

The Capital Eagles boys basketball team defeated Rocky Mountain 42-41 in the District Three tournament championship game. Derrick White made a free throw with 3.7 seconds left and Rocky Mountain's John Sherle missed a potential game-winner.
