CNCPros.net Inc. purchased a 15,631-square-foot office/warehouse building at 272 SW 5th St., Meridian, in the Troutner Business Park. The seller, Home Federal Bank, was represented by Dave Bohecker and Mark Bottles at Mark Bottles Commercial Real Estate. Gary Buentgen at Intermountain Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.

Apothecary Properties purchased 10,000 square feet of flex/office space at 10306 W. Emerald in Boise. Occupancy was Jan. 3. Shelley Wallace and Debbie Martin of DK Commercial represented the seller. Jim Hosac of Intermountain Commercial represented the buyer.
