Letter: Obama

February 14, 2014

Do the networks do repeats of Mr. Obama's State of the Union speeches? Deja vu, I have experienced that same redundant speech of his before. The same old sleight of hand and the smoking mirrors sure did fool us dumb subjects. The starry-eyed twits of his administration after the speech could be seen doing group hugs and patting each other on the back - for what? The only decent person among those mental midgets was the wounded Army Ranger, whom I have more respect for than those posers.

Oh, I'm sorry, Mr. Obama, I realize how hard it is for you to whip out executive orders with that mighty pen you're so proud of as you try to circumnavigate our Constitution. Here's a fact: The president is not a "law" unto himself. Too bad there isn't a qualified person to counter-revolutionize this Frankenstein, a.k.a. government. Meanwhile, the elitists want to pour billions of U.S. dollars in Afghan aid, with no winning solution on the table - and everything's fine in the rearview mirror!
