Repair of potholes will restrict portion of Chinden Thursday

Crews will repair potholes on Chinden Boulevard (U.S. 20) between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Thursday, the Idaho Transportation Department announced Wednesday.

The potholes developed in the temporary pavement of the eastbound lanes between Star and Black Cat roads.

Flaggers will be used to guide traffic in the area.The speed limit is 45 mph.

The repairs are timed to avoid peak commuting hours.
