Letter: Global warming

February 8, 2014

Joseph Dewey (Jan. 28 letter) who wrote about global warming seems to forget it's all about climate change, too. This means we are experiencing "severe climate events," which includes very frigid temperatures. All of the seven continents are having drastic weather problems. Ask Australia about their drought and fires (and the same with California). Ask the life forms that live in ever warmer oceans. And ask the Philippine Islands about the storm they just had. We do not live in a bubble in Idaho, I hope. We live on a planet that is being destroyed by humans. Period.
