Boise Baroque Orchestra will feature principal oboist Lindsay Edwards at this weekend’s concert. Edwards will perform Bach’s Concerto for Oboe d’Amore. It’s a rarely performed member of the oboe family that has a rich and mysterious sound. She also plays English horn with the Boise Philharmonic and tours with The World Orchestra, an international group composed of musicians from around the globe. The BBO’s program rounds out with Corelli’s Concerto for Grosso in F Major and Parry’s “An English Suite.”
