CEDAR PARK, Texas - The Toros defeated Idaho 102-101 on Thursday night. The Stampede (13-10), who have been prone to slow starts this season, trailed 12-2 in the opening minutes and 39-29 at the end of the first quarter. Idaho outscored Austin 20-14 in the fourth quarter, but its comeback attempt came up short. Stampede guard Pierre Jackson led all scorers with 32 points, and EJ Singler contributed with a double-double (21 points, 11 rebounds).
