ZoomCare has opened a new clinic in The Village at Meridian, 2126 N. Eagle Road in Meridian.

ZoomCare clinics see patients on-demand. Patients book appointments online or with a smartphone, and prices are provided. The Portland-based company has operated a clinic in Boise at 5th and Main streets for more than a year.

"Since opening our Downtown Boise clinic in 2012, we've seen strong demand for no-wait, affordable care," said Dr. Dave Sanders, co-founder and CEO. "With Meridian being one of the fastest growing cities in Idaho, we plan to keep this community healthy and deliver the very best patient experience."

ZoomCare now has 22 clinics in Oregon, Washington and Idaho, including 17 in the Portland metro area and three in Seattle.

The company's ZoomCare Foundation in November started offering free visits on the first Thursday of every month between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. at the Downtown Boise clinic.
