Xerox job fair set for Jan. 22 in Boise

The job fair will be at the Idaho Department of Labor's Boise office at 219 W. Main St. and will run from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Xerox is recruiting customer service and technical support specialists for the wireless industry. Xerox representatives at the job fair will discuss career opportunities, and job seekers will be able to fill out online applications and have initial interviews.

Applicants with industry experience is preferred, but the company offers paid training. Pay starts at $9 plus medical, dental and 401(k) and incentives that could add up to $2.50 an hour, according to the Department of Labor.

Those interested in applying who can't attend the job fair can get instructions for how to apply by calling 425-307-3205. Prospective applicants can attend an open house at the Xerox call center noon to 3 p.m. on Feb. 1 at 456 N. Kimball Place in Boise.
