Holiday rush came late at Boise Airport; Idahoans tighten belts while gaining income

The Boise Airport ushered about 12,000 fewer passengers through its terminals in November, compared with 2012.

And sales tax revenues for Idaho were so low in November that $13.2 million in higher than-expected individual and corporate revenues were what it took to offset the poor performance of sales taxes.
