Oswald explains: I walked a mile to visit six viewpoints in Downtown Boise and one spot in the Foothills snapping a photo a day: Each frame a little closer to completion than the last. The locations let me watch the building slowly fill a gap in the Boise skyline, growing taller through the seasons and rubbing shoulders with historic Boise.
