Idaho men's basketball falls behind early, stays behind against New Mexico State

LAS CRUCES, N.M. - Tshilidzi Nephawe scored 11 points with 11 rebounds as the Aggies cruised to a victory over the Vandals on Saturday night.

Daniel Mullings and K.C. Ross-Miller each added 16 points for the Aggies (14-5, 3-0 WAC), who posted their seventh straight win.

Idaho (7-11, 1-3) was 18-of-52 from the field overall and 4-of-14 from beyond the arc with 17 turnovers. Bira Seck led the Vandals, who have lost five of six, with nine points and nine rebounds.

• NORTHERN COLORADO 82, IDAHO STATE 75: In Greeley, Colo., Tim Huskisson scored a career-best 22 points to lead the Bears (10-3, 4-0 Big Sky) past the Bengals (5-8, 2-2). Tate Unruh added 21 points for Northern Colorado, which has won four straight. Andre Hatchett led Idaho State with 25 points, his third-straight scoring 24 or more. Tomas Sanchez finished with 21 points and five assists.
