Stampede open two-game homestand Friday

BOISE — Idaho remains in first place in the D-League’s West Division despite dropping seven of its past 10 games, including four on the road. The Stampede now play seven of their next 10 games at CenturyLink Arena, starting Friday and Saturday against the Los Angeles D-Fenders. Both games start at 7 p.m. and will feature the two league-leading scorers. Guard Pierre Jackson leads Idaho with 30 points per game, while former Michigan guard Manny Harris leads Los Angeles with 26.9. Harris is the D-League’s Performer of the Week after posting a double-double in three victories last week. Los Angeles (8-7) has won five straight games by an average of 9.2 points.
