West Valley Medical Center opens $15 million office building in Caldwell

West Valley Medical Center on Tuesday announced the grand opening of a medical office building at Elm Street and Fairview Avenue in Caldwell.

With 91,500 square feet and four stories, the building is now the tallest in Caldwell. Construction began more than a year ago.

Services that will be provided in the new tower include:

  • Primary care from West Valley Medical Group doctors
  • Pre-surgery education
  • Outpatient medical imaging
  • Lab tests
  • Outpatient wound care
  • Diabetes education
  • Employer wellness clinic

Utah-based Gardner Co. was the building's developer.
