STOCKTON, Calif. — Ryan Constant had two goals and an assist, including an empty-netter from behind his own net, and Stockton snapped Idaho’s four-game winning streak with a 3-1 victory. Constant and Garet Hunt scored to give the Thunder (10-4-1) a 2-0 lead in the second period, then Micah Wahl scored from the right wing at 6:24 for Idaho (8-5-2). Anthony Nigro and Tyler Elbrecht assisted the goal, the latter scoring his first pro point. Pat Nagle had 32 saves for Idaho.

UP AND DOWN: ROBINSON RETURNS TO TEXAS STARS

BOISE — Idaho Steelheads goaltender Josh Robinson is back with the Stars for the third time this season. Robinson has played in four games with Texas, going 2-1-0, including a 26-save shutout in his AHL debut. In five games with Idaho, Robinson is 4-1-0 with a 2.17 goals-against average and a .928 save percentage. The move leaves Idaho with Nagle as the only goaltender on its roster.
