Nampa fertilizer business a finalist in Super Bowl ad contest

Nampa fertilizer company Poop - Natural Dairy Compost is one of four finalists in a contest that will award a free 30-second TV commercial during the Super Bowl.

The contest is sponsored by software developer Intuit. About 15,000 companies entered the contest. Four remain: dog treat maker Barley Labs of Durham, N.C.; egg producer Locally Laid Eggs Co. of Duluth, Minn.; girls toymaker GoldieBlox of Oakland, Calif.; and Poop - Natural Dairy Compost of Nampa.

The contest will be decided by a public vote held on Intuit's website, Voters can vote once a day from each device that connects to the Internet.
