Miller Family Real Estate - Brad Holmes is requesting design review for construction of three two-story structures for two car dealerships and one collision repair center in a C-2D (general commercial with design review) zone at 12345 W. Fairview Ave. Deferred from Sept. 11 and Oct. 9.

Performance Engineers LLC - Shawn Reeder is requesting design review for construction of a three-story office building in a C-1D/DA (neighborhood commercial with design review and development agreement) zone at 1508 S. Cloverdale Road. Deferred from Oct. 9 to allow for the submittal of a revised building design.

Summit Development Inc. - Dave Scaggs is requesting design review for construction of 22 two-story four-plex units with related site improvements in a L-OD/DA (limited office with design review and development agreement) zone at 12063 W. Overland Road.

Fiberpipe Inc. - Ken Birch is requesting a design review for construction of a 61,512 square foot, single-story with basement, data center for storage of servers in a M-1D (light industrial with design review) zone at 6501 W. Emerald St.

Iron Mountain Real Estate - Kevin Amar is requesting a design review for construction of 17 homes on substandard original lots of record in a R-1C (single family residential) zone at 11281 W. Arch St.
