After warm weekend, temperatures fall in Boise

November 11, 2013

— Boise is set to cool this week after what may be the area’s final foray into the 60s this year. Coming on the heels of a warm weekend, Monday is set to hit 62 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Hazy conditions are likely after 11 a.m.

Tuesday will bring cloudy skies, but only a slight temperature drop, with a high of 59 degrees. By nighttime, however, Boise will cool into the mid-30s.

Temperatures will continue to fall with Wednesday in the mid-50s and Thursday in the low 50s, although the NWS predicts clear skies both days.

But a chilly rain is predicted to roll into the Treasure Valley by Friday, with a high of just 50 and a 20 percent chance of showers. That rain could continue into the weekend, which won’t see temperatures climb out of the 40s.
