Headlined by Newsboys, the third annual Winter Jam makes no bones about its Christian-rock-bang-for-the-buck marketing plan.

With 10 bands for $10, it’s an appealing opportunity for fans of the genre, as well as for musicians with a religious motive.

“The tour exists for the singular purpose of bringing the good news of Jesus Christ to as many people as possible, but we believe it’s also one of the most musically diverse concerts in any genre,” says Winter Jam creator Eddie Carswell, who co-founded the Grammy-nominated band NewSong, which is hosting the tour.
