Idaho colleges roundup: Boise State soccer team advances at MW tourney

ALBUQUERQUE - The No. 3-seeded Broncos defeated Wyoming, the No. 7 seed, 3-0 on Tuesday. Senior Katy Oehring scored two goals and sophomore Brooke Heidemann scored the other. Redshirt junior Maddy McDevitt recorded her eighth shutout of the season. Boise State plays No. 2-seeded Fresno State on Thursday.

BSU MEN'S GOLF: Junior golfer Ty Travis moved into a tie for 12th at the Warrior Princeville Makai Invitational in Hawaii. Idaho sits in 10th place and Boise State is 15th after two rounds in the 18-team tournament.

NORTHWEST NAZARENE WOMEN'S SOCCER: Kelsey Martin, Lauren Kuklenski and Katie Butler were named to the Great Northwest Athletic Conference all-conference second team.

IDAHO VOLLEYBALL: Chelsie Breen (first team) and Nitalia Zuniga (second team) were voted to the all-WAC teams.
