Boise man charged with DUI after three-car wreck

November 1, 2013

— A Boise man has been charged with felony DUI after he caused a three-car crash on West Emerald Street Thursday night.

Police say Bradley Dale Kenyon, 50, was driving west on West Emerald Street when he rear-ended the car in front of him. The impact pushed that car into a third vehicle.

The driver of the car that Kenyon struck was taken to the hospital by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries. Officers responding to the crash said they noticed the smell of alcohol coming from Kenyon’s car, and the man seemed very intoxicated.

The suspect was arrested and booked into the Ada County Jail on an aggravated DUI charge. Police say the charge is a felony because the other driver was injured in the wreck. Kenyon is set to appear in court Friday afternoon.
