KC Riverwoods purchased the 276,099-square-foot U.S. Bank Building at 101 S. Capitol Blvd., Boise. David Wali, Clay Anderson, and Mike Christensen of Colliers International handled the transaction.

Port One Five LLC leased 744 square feet of office space at 521 S. 8th St., Boise. Scott Feighner of Colliers International handled the transaction. Port One Five provides web-development services.

Ronald & Mary Nahas Family Trust bought 65,933 square feet of office space at River Run Center Office Complex, Boise. Andrea Nilson, Dave Winder, and DJ Thompson of Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce represented the seller. The buyer was not represented.

HBC Investments bought the 4,000-square-foot office building at 2449 Vista Ave., Boise. Lew Manglos of Colliers International represented the buyer. Wes Flacker of Magellan Capital Realty represented the seller.

Western Idaho Neuropathy Relief Centers LLC leased 2,443 square feet of office space at 232 Whisperwood Way, Boise. Greg Gaddis and Lenny Nelson of Thornton Oliver Keller represented the landlord. Debbie Martin of DK Commercial represented the tenant.

PakSense leased 13,304 square feet of office space in Park Pointe Center I at 6223 N. Discovery Way, Boise. Al Marino and Greg Gaddis of Thornton Oliver Keller handled the transaction.

Edward Jones Investments leased 1,122 square feet of office space in Savannah Plaza at 5983 W. State Street, Suite A, Boise. Charli Fairman & Bryan Oliver of Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce handled the transaction.

The White Hat Group leased 2,655 square feet of office space at 925 S. Allante Place, Boise. Rely on Us Inc. provides business and personal consulting to individuals in the law. DJ Thompson of Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce represented the landlord. Steve Yates of NAI Pinnacle represented the tenant.

Interfleet Technology leased 2,160 square feet of office space at 670 E. Riverpark Lane, Suite 400, Boise. Interfleet is an international rail vehicles and systems engineering consulting firm. LiveRez Inc. leased the 10,085-square-foot office building at 1173 E. Winding Creek Road, Eagle. The business offers cloud-based vacation rental software. Lew Manglos of Colliers International represented the landlord. Jim Hosac of Intermountain Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.

See’s Candy leased 1,924 square feet of retail space in the Village at Meridian, at 2148 N. Eagle Road, Suite 120, Meridian. See’s Candy will be using this location as one of its sites for the holiday season. LeAnn Hume of Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce handled the transaction.

Four Rivers Mental Health leased 1,847 square feet of retail space in the Willow Falls Commercial Park at 2609 S. 10th Ave. in Caldwell. Lincoln Hagood, Mike Pena, and Bryant Jones of Colliers International handled the transaction.

NY Giant Pizza leased 994 square feet of retail space at 7709 W. Overland Road, Suite 140, Boise. NY Giant Pizza specializes in large, by-the-slice or delivery pizzas. It also sells sandwiches and salads. Charli Fairman of Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce represented the tenant. Boise Spectrum Dunlap LLC represented the landlord.

Swank Boutique leased 1,253 square feet of retail space in the BoDo Sycamore building at 850 W. Broad St. Brook Blakeslee, Mike Christensen, and Lew Goldman of Colliers International represented the landlord. Cory Barbieri of Goodale & Barbieri Co. represented the tenant.

Gem Creek Properties LLC bought 1,568 feet of industrial space at 737 N. Ralstin. Devin Ogden, Rick Scruton, and Lew Manglos of Colliers International handled the transaction.

Red Dragon Kajukenbo LLC leased 2,454 square feet of industrial space at 2516 Sundance Road, Nampa. Mike Pena, Bryant Jones, and Lincoln Hagood of Colliers International handled the transaction.
