Idaho colleges roundup: Boise State swimmers, divers win Fresno State meet

FRESNO, Calif. - The Broncos won the Bulldog Invitational on Saturday, scoring 1,232 points to beat Fresno State (765.5), San Jose State (751.5) and Cal (591). The Broncos concluded the second day of competition with nine titles, including six individual titles and three relay victories.

BSU VOLLEYBALL: The Broncos lost to Colorado State 25-15, 25-15, 25-18 in Fort Collins, Colo. Sarah Horton led BSU (8-9, 2-5 MW) with eight kills.

COLLEGE OF IDAHO WOMEN'S SOCCER: Southern Oregon remained unbeaten in Cascade Conference play with a 2-1 victory over the Coyotes (3-8, 1-3) at Simplot Stadium in Caldwell.

C OF I MEN'S SOCCER: The Coyotes (3-8, 3-4 Cascade) picked up their second straight victory, a 3-0 shutout of Oregon Tech at Simplot Stadium.

C OF I VOLLEYBALL: The Coyotes

(9-8, 9-2 Cascade) won their ninth match in 10 tries, knocking off Evergreen 25-14, 27-29, 25-15, 25-10 in Olympia, Wash.

NORTHWEST NAZARENE WOMEN'S SOCCER: The Crusaders (1-7-3, 0-5-3 GNAC) played Western Oregon to a 1-1 tie in Nampa.

NNU MEN'S SOCCER: The visiting Crusaders (3-3-4, 3-3-2 GNAC) earned a 0-0 draw with Montana State Billings.

NNU VOLLEYBALL: The Crusaders beat Seattle Pacific 25-21, 25-17, 23-25, 25-15 in Nampa to improve to 10-4, 6-2 GNAC.
