Vallivue High School wins marching band competition

October 12, 2013 

— The The Class 5A high school from Caldwell beat out 27 other District III bands for top honors at Saturday's Mel Shelton Marching Band Championships at Bronco Stadium.

Class 4A Kuna was second overall, followed by 5A Centennial, 4A Columbia (Nampa) and 5A Nampa.

By class, Vallivue won the 5A large division, Centennial won the 5A small division, Kuna won the 4A crown, Payette topped 3A and Cambridge was the top band in 2A.
