VALLIVUE 40, BORAH 14

Vallivue’s rushing attack came to life in the second quarter, with 182 yards and four touchdowns. Carey Loveland and Tad Gamble ran for more than 100 yards, and Layne LaFollette added two TD runs for Vallivue. Cole Skinner threw two TD passes for Borah.

MOUNTAIN VIEW 35, CENTENNIAL 0

Two non-offensive Maverick TDs, a 90-yard fumble recovery return by Asher Wilson and a 52-yard interception return by Nich Guzzetti crushed Centennial. Kai Turner threw for 116 yards and two TDs for Mountain View.

CAPITAL 50, BOISE 14

Conner Poulson had 272 yards of total offense and accounted for five touchdowns, and Capital broke the game wide open with a 21-point third quarter at Dona Larsen Park. Poulson, who threw his first interception of the season, threw a first-quarter TD pass to Jacob Foley, then put the Eagles ahead for good with two scoring runs in the second period. After an Alex Kingmixay 71-yard run opened the second half, Poulson threw short TDs to Tarik Littlejohn and Marcell King Jr. for the final margin. Poulson was 13-of-18 passing for 147 yards and ran 17 times for 125. Kingmixay gained 167 on the ground. Tyler Cox threw for 171 yards and both Boise scores, but also tossed four picks..

BISHOP KELLY 56, MOUNTAIN HOME 0

Bishop Kelly had two runners with more than 100 yards as the Knights rolled on the road. Matt Mello had 113 yards and two TDs, and Mark Greene rushed for 103 yards and two TDs.

SKYVIEW 66, CALDWELL 20

Skyview overwhelmed Caldwell with 52 points in the first half — while keeping the Cougars scoreless — as it rolled to a win at Caldwell. Jaxon Pryor scored the first three TDs for Skyview, which pounded out 274 rushing yards and 483 yards of total offense. Aiden Horsewood hauled in two TD passes for Caldwell.

NAMPA 33, MIDDLETON 24

Leo Garcia put Nampa ahead by returning the second-half kickoff 85 yards for a touchdown, and the visiting Bulldogs scored 33 unanswered points after falling behind 16-0 in a 4A SIC game. Garcia added a team-high 99 rushing yards on 14 carries, and Brandon Forsberg threw for 133 yards and two touchdowns to Jake Hull. Jake Skinner led the Vikings with 249 yards of total offense (127 rushing, 122 passing), and he had a hand in all three TDs.

SALMON RIVER 50, COUNCIL 0

Salmon River won by halftime for the fourth time this season, this time on the road at Council. Salmon River’s Leighton Vander Esch recovered a fumble and returned it 70 yards for the game’s first score, and also threw for 156 yards.

WEISER 14, PAYETTE 9

Ty Johnson's 118 rushing yards and two touchdowns led Weiser. Tanner Grant totaled 84 rushing yards and 67 receiving yards for Payette.
