Meridian City Council election

October 9, 2013 

Meridian has certainly seen its share of growth in recent years. The City Council is about to follow suit.

Meridian's four-member council will expand to six seats beginning with this fall's election. There's no shortage of interest in the two new seats — a total of 11 residents are running for the open slots. And that's in addition to the contested races for existing seats 2 and 4.
