It should be one delicious conversation when one of the countrys leading foodies, Ruth Reichl, leads off The Cabins Readings and Conversations series. Shes a former New York Times restaurant critic, noted food writer and a judge for Bravo television networks popular culinary competition show Top Chef Masters.
The event will happen in two courses.
First you can dine with Reichl on stage at the Morrison Center. The BSU culinary chefs will present a creative menu.
Next, Reichl will present her talk Eating Our Words, which is about the history of food as entertainment, and what its changing language says about our culture.
