Pete Cenarrusa lying in state

Pete Cenarrusa, the longest serving elected official in Idaho state history, will lie in state at the Capitol on Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013, until 7 p.m. to honor his service to Idaho. The 95-year-old former Secretary of State died Sunday after battling lung cancer.
