BOISE: A PROPOSED CHARTER SCHOOL AND RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS

Hayden Homes - Revised findings on request for rezoning of 4.2 acres at 430 S. Cotterell Drive from R-1A (single family residential-2.1 units/acre) to R-1C (single family residential-8 units/acre).

Boise city - Revised findings on request for conditional-use and hillside development permits for an expansion to an existing shooting range at 1800 N. Mountain Cove Road in an A-2 (open land) zone.

Cole Architects PLLC seeks conditional-use permit for a charter school to occupy a 46,900-square-foot building at 7211 W. Colonial St. in C-1D (neighborhood commercial with design review) and R-3D (multifamily residential with design review) zones. Deferred from Sept. 9.

Grace Bible Church seeks conditional-use permit for a free-standing sign with electronic message display in an L-OD (limited office with design review) zone at 4262 N. Eagle Road. A variance to exceed the maximum background area allowance is included.

Hummel Architects seeks time extension for entitlements associated with the construction of a medical office building in an H-SD (health service district with design review) zone at 305 W. Jefferson St.

Idaho Independent Bank seeks a conditional-use permit to add an electronic message display to an existing sign in a L-OD (limited office with design review) zone at 8351 W. Overland Road.

Wright Strategies LLC seeks a rezone of 11.6 acres from A-1 (open land) to R-1B (single family residential-4.8 dwelling units/acre) at 3550 E. Barber Road. The company also seeks a hillside development permit for the grading associated with a 16-lot residential subdivision at this location. In a related request, Privada Estates subdivision seeks a preliminary subdivision plat for 16 buildable lots for detached single family dwellings and five common lots, all accessed from a private street. The 11.6-acre site is on the north side of East Warm Springs Avenue about 3,000 feet northeast of the East ParkCenter Bridge in a proposed R-1B zone.

Cordillera LLC seeks conditional-use permit for a 56-unit planned residential development composed of 14 four-plex buildings on 3.2 acres in R-3D (multi-family residential with design review) and R-1A (single family residential) zones at 10806 and 10730 W. Florence Drive. A general exception to apply the R-3D setbacks to the entire site is included.

Conger Management Group seeks a rezone of 5 acres from A-1 (open land) to R-1C (single family residential-8 dwelling units/acre) at 7052 E. Columbia Road. In a related request, Farewell Bend subdivision seeks preliminary subdivision plat for 24 buildable lots for detached single family dwellings and three common lots. The five- acre site is on the north side of East Columbia Road two miles east of South Technology Way in a proposed R-1C zone.
