Electricity restored after Boise outage

September 24, 2013

— The power is back on for 1,900 customers in Boise. Idaho Power confirmed that electricity was restored at 1:12 p.m. Tuesday. The outage was caused by small equipment failure, likely caused by wind-related damage during a Tuesday afternoon storm.

The outage stretched north to south from Resseguie Street to French Street, and east to west from West Fort Street to just west of 22nd Street.
