Road reopened after motorcycle and car crash

September 18, 2013

— Ustick Road has been reopened to traffic after a crash just east of the Ustick and Cole roads intersection.

A motorcycle and a car collided at about 7:15 a.m. Wednesday morning. One person was reported injured.

Ustick Road was blocked at Cole Road after the wreck, forcing drivers to detour. A wrecker pulled the vehicles from the scene after 8 a.m., dispatchers said.

The cause of the crash and the severities of any injuries are unknown. Check back with the Statesman for updates.
