WHO’S MOVING

The latest commercial real estate leases and purchases around the Treasure Valley:

OFFICE

Ray Energy LLC leased office space in C.W. Moore Plaza, 250 S. 5th St., Boise. Grove Hummert, Mark Cleverley, and Patrick Shalz of Thornton Oliver Keller handled the transaction.

Ponderosa Law Group leased office space in the Chandlee Building, 500 W. Idaho St., Boise. Ben Zamzow and Mark Cleverley of Thornton Oliver Keller handled the transaction.

First American Title Co. leased 2,481 square feet of office space at 2275 Eagle Road, Suite 110, Meridian. Dave Winder and Jeffrey Hall of Cushman & Wakefield Commerce represented the tenant. Jen McEntee of W.H. Moore Co. represented the landlord.

RETAIL

The Vaper Outlet has leased 1,200 square feet of space at 1517 Vista Ave., Boise; 1,218 square feet at 1800 S. Meridian Road, Suite 102, Meridian; and 1,200 square feet at 9882 W. State St., Star. The business sells e-cigarettes. Gary Bates of Michener Investments handled the transactions.

Mattress Firm LLC leased 4,886 square feet of retail space at 675 N. Milwaukee St., Boise. The business sells mattresses. Jeffrey Hall of Cushman & Wakefield|Commerce represented the tenant. Jason White of White Leasure Development Co. represented the landlord.

Montana State Gold Co. LLC leased industrial space at 200-210 E. 37th St., Boise. Gavin Phillips of Thornton Oliver Keller handled the transaction.

Airsoft Guns and Knives leased 1,184 square feet of retail space in Fairview/Milwaukee Plaza, 1447 N. Milwaukee St., Boise. The business sells knives and airsoft guns and accessories. Bob Mitchell and Mark Schlag of Thornton Oliver Keller completed the transaction.

Miracle Ear leased 1,013 square feet of retail space in the Canyon Plaza Shopping Center at Caldwell Boulevard and Karcher Road, Nampa. The business provides hearing exams, hearing aids and related accessories. Bob Mitchell of Thornton Oliver Keller represented the tenant. Rob Haggett represented the landlord.

Umas Academy of Martial Arts has leased 1,000 square feet at 702 Main St., Caldwell. Gary Bates of Michener Investments handled the transaction.

IOU Sushi leased 1,450 square feet of retail space in Family Center Federal Way, 3527 Federal Way, Boise. Bob Mitchell of Thornton Oliver Keller completed the transaction.

Artistic Dance Co. leased 2,400 square feet of retail space in the Fred Meyer shopping center on Federal Way in Boise. The business is a school teaching ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary and hip-hop dance under the direction of Director Jaime Moore. The school also hosts birthday parties and princess camps. Bob Mitchell of Thornton Oliver Keller completed the transaction.

Guru Donuts leased space in the Garro Building, 816 W. Bannock St., Boise. Greg Gaddis, Mike Greene and Ben Zamzow of Thornton Oliver Keller handled the transaction.

INDUSTRIAL AND WAREHOUSE

Davis Recycling LLC leased 880 square feet of industrial space at 200-210 E. 37th St., Boise. Gavin Phillips of Thornton Oliver Keller handled the transaction.

Cascade Lighting leased 1,800 square feet of industrial space at 760 E. King St., Meridian. Dan Minnaert and Devin Pierce of Thornton Oliver Keller represented the tenant. Hoyt Michener of Michener Investments represented the landlord.

Renewal by Andersen Windows & Doors leased 4,850 square feet of industrial space in South Cole Industrial Center 1 at 2728 S. Cole Road in Boise. The business sells windows and doors. Chris Pearson and Gavin Phillips of Thornton Oliver Keller handled the transaction.
