Idaho colleges roundup: Boise State to host Vandals, others for volleyball tourney

The Broncos will be playing at home for the first time this season as they host the Bronco Volleyball Classic from Thursday to Saturday. The tournament field includes Boise State (3-3), Idaho (3-4), North Texas (5-3) and Sacramento State (5-2). Boise State and Idaho will open the tournament when they face each other at 7 p.m. Thursday at Bronco Gym. It will be the first match between the two schools in three years.

COLLEGE OF IDAHO VOLLEYBALL: Lewis-Clark State defeated the Coyotes 25-22, 25-20, 22-25, 25-23 in Caldwell. Lili Brochado had 16 kills for the C of I (0-7).

C OF I/NORTHWEST NAZARENE GOLF: The two women's teams each set program-record team scores as the Coyotes won 306-330. The NNU men defeated the C of I 291-300.
