Eagle man charged with selling heroin

September 5, 2013

— A 20-year-old Eagle man arrested Wednesday evening has been dealing heroin in the Boise area for months, police said.

Brando Michael John McDonough was taken into custody on a felony warrant after an investigation by the BANDIT (Boise Area Narcotics and Drug Interdiction Task Force.)

Police say the suspect was involved in the sale of heroin on more than one occasion over the last four months. Evidence gathered through the BANDIT investigation was sent to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, resulting in the warrant.

McDonough has no criminal history in Idaho, apart from traffic tickets. He has been charged with delivery of a controlled substance, an will appear in court Thursday afternoon.
