Boise City - Reasons for the decision to deny conditional-use and hillside development permits for an expansion to an existing shooting range at 1800 N. Mountain Cove Road in an A-2 (open land) zone.

D15 LLC seeks annexation of 29 acres at 6780 E. Warm Springs Road with R-1C (single-family residential - eight dwelling units per acre) zoning. In a related request, East Valley Subdivision seeks a preliminary subdivision plat for detached single-family dwellings with 124 buildable lots. The site is on the northeast corner of the intersection of Warm Springs and East Highland Valley Road. Deferred from Aug. 5.

Cole Architects PLLC seeks conditional-use permit for a charter school to occupy a 46,900-square-foot building at 7211 W. Colonial St. in C-1D (neighborhood commercial with design review) and R-3D (multifamily residential with design review) zones.

Prestige Homes Inc. seeks conditional-use permit for a planned development consisting of an existing office building and two new structures to be used as office space or up to 16 dwelling units. Each structure will be located on individual lots. The 0.5- acre site is at 699 N. Mitchell St. in a C-1D/DA (neighborhood commercial with design review and a development agreement) zone.

Hayden Homes seeks rezoning of 4.2 acres at 430 S. Cotterell Drive from R-1A (single family residential-2.1 units/acre) to R-1C (single family residential-8 units/acre). In a related request, Cotterell Subdivision seeks preliminary subdivision plat for 22 buildable lots for detached single family dwellings. The 4.2-acre property is zoned R-1A, on the west side of South Cotterell Drive 150 feet north of West Shoup Avenue.

2 North LLC seeks conditional-use permit for a three-unit planned residential development on 0.3 acres at 2720 W. Madison Ave. in an R-2 (combined residential) zone. A parking reduction for one space is also requested. In a related request, Chisnell Addition Subdivision seeks a preliminary/final subdivision plat for two buildable lots for detached single family dwellings. The 0.14-acre property is zoned R-2, on the northeast corner of West Madison Avenue and North 28th Street.

OSL Depot Condominiums seeks preliminary/final condominium plat for 12 office units and one common lot. The 7.4-acre property is zoned C-5DD, between Front and Myrtle streets and between 9th and 11th streets.
