Sivak sentencing: James Bell

James Bell was the first customer after gas station clerk Dixie Wilson was shot. He testifies at the fifth sentencing hearing for Lacey Sivak for the 1981 murder. Sivak has been on death row, but prosecutors are seeking a life sentence this time. A warning: This video contains description of graphic content.
