Jack Owens on the 1963 Civil Rights March

Jack Owens was a 19-year-old intern at the Smithsonian when he attended the Civil Rights March on Washington in 1963. Now a Meridian-based professor at Idaho State University, he calls himself the only person to make the march twice.
