ESPN to air Boise State basketball game at Kentucky

BOISE -The Broncos will play in front of a national audience in one of the biggest road games in the program's history. BSU will play Kentucky, a front-runner to be the preseason No. 1 team in the nation, Dec. 10 in Lexington, Ky. The game will tip off at 7 p.m. MST. It will be the Broncos' first game on ESPN since March 6, 1999's Big West championship game, according to Boise State. Last Friday, the Mountain West announced Boise State will also appear on CBS Sports Network eight times in conference play, and on ESPNU or ESPN3 five times.

BSU VOLLEYBALL: The Broncos were picked seventh in the Mountain West preseason coaches poll. They finished tied for fifth in the previous two campaigns.

IDAHO VOLLEYBALL: The Vandals were picked to finish second in the WAC preseason coaches poll, and Alyssa Schultz was named the preseason player of the year. Taylor Wilkinson and Katelyn Peterson joined Schultz on the all-WAC team.

COLLEGE OF IDAHO VOLLEYBALL: The Coyotes are ranked No. 6 in the NAIA preseason poll, equaling their highest national ranking in program history.

C OF I CROSS COUNTRY: The women's team claimed the top spot in the Cascade Conference preseason poll. The men were picked to finish third.

NORTHWEST NAZARENE MEN'S SOCCER: The Crusaders were picked to finish third in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference coaches poll.
