Scentsy, Meridian's fast-growing wickless candle company, expects to move into its massive new headquarters building off Eagle Road by the end of the year.

Construction will be essentially completed by Oct. 1, said Nick Ploetz, project engineer for general contractor Engineered Structures, Inc.

The 168,000 square foot structure, featuring granite and lots of glass, is the seventh building on the company’s 63-acre campus at the southwest corner of Eagle Road and Pine Street. Already on site are the firm’s warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing building, wax storage and two other structures.

The new building will put all 756 of Scentsy's Idaho employees at one location, spokeswoman Stephanie Finch said.
