Pet of the week

August 13, 2013

Squirt, 4, is a spayed female, gray and white, domestic shorthair cat. Squirt was relinquished to the shelter due to her owner’s allergies. Squirt is a demure, beautiful cat. She seems to have a soft, affectionate personality. She has lived indoors only and would prefer to continue to live safely indoors. She has lived happily with other cats and adults, but her easy-going nature would make her a good fit for respectful children, too. Squirt is litter box trained and keeps her short coat shiny and well-groomed. Squirt loves to have her back and ears scratched and will even roll over for a bit of a belly rub. Can you provide an attentive home for this loving gal? She’s waiting patiently at the shelter to meet you!

Squirt can be found in kennel 15 (#20593262) at the Idaho Humane Society at 4775 Dorman Street in Boise. The shelter is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
