Xerox holds Meridian career fair to find 100 workers for Boise call centermployees

August 6, 2013

Xerox Corp. is holding a career fair Friday at the Idaho Department of Labor’s Meridian office to recruit employees for its Boise call center that handles inquiries on the wireless industry.

The fair runs from 12:30 to 3 p.m. at the Labor office, 1090 E. Watertower St., Suite 100. Xerox representatives will be on hand to discuss career opportunities, and job seekers will be able to fill out online applications and then have initial interviews.

Xerox is trying to fill about 100 customer service and technical support jobs that pay about $9 an hour, plus incentive bonuses, benefits and advancement opportunities. Experience is preferred, but the company offers paid classroom and on-the-job training.

Candidates unable to attend Friday’s fair can call (425) 307-3205 for additional information.
