Primary Health Medical Group has opened its second Nampa clinic at 1115 12th Ave. Road, near Saint Alphonsus Medical Center-Nampa.

The clinic will provide family medicine and occupational health services in addition to walk-in urgent care.

Family doctor John Mullins and physician assistant Daryn Barnes will work out of the new South Nampa clinic, the company said in a news release. Mullins has been a doctor in Canyon County for more than 15 years.

"Primary Health Medical Group clinics provide easy access for family practice and urgent care services, with on-site lab and digital X-ray capabilities," said David Peterman, a doctor and president of the company. "We believe in providing high quality, convenient health care services, and we are excited to open another clinic in Canyon County."

Boise-based Primary Health Medical Group is an independently owned medical group with more than 250,000 patient visits per year through 13 clinics in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa and Caldwell.
