Ada County Pet of the Week: Mighty Mouse the Chihuahua mix

August 6, 2013

Mighty Mouse, 2-1/2, is a neutered male, black, brown and white, Chihuahua mix. Mighty is an adorable 9-pound, shy and gentle sweetheart. Although he appears to have little training, his naturally soft personality and eagerness to people will make him easy to live with and train. He walks politely on the leash and has a medium energy level. Due to his somewhat timid nature, he'd do best in a home without young children or rambunctious dogs. He enjoys being held and sitting in your lap. Mighty Mouse will make a loyal, devoted companion to a home looking for a pint-sized buddy.

Mighty Mouse can be found in kennel 315 (#20548648) at the Idaho Humane Society at 4775 Dorman St. in Boise. The shelter is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
