Early voting starts soon for Canyon County consolidated election

— The Canyon County Clerk's Office is reminding voters that in-person early voting starts soon for the Aug. 27 Consolidated Election.

The election is for Parma and Homedale School District levies and the Middleton School District Zone 2 Trustee. Early voting starts Monday, Aug. 5, at the county elections office, 1102 E. Chicago St. in Caldwell.

In-person early voting closes at 5 p.m. Friday, August 23. Registered voters will be asked to present photo ID or fill out an affidavit of personal identification. Requests for an absentee mail-in ballot must be received by 5 p.m. Wednesday, August 21.
