Go Do It: Country star Jason Aldean heads to town

July 27, 2013

  • Tickets available

7:30 p.m. July 28, Taco Bell Arena, 1401 Bronco Circle, Boise. $28.75 and $54.75. Boise State Tickets. Opening: Jake Owen, Thomas Rhett.

With more than eight million albums sold, Jason Aldean is one of the godzillas of current country music. He’s comfortable collaborating with noncountry acts such as Ludacris and Kelly Clarkson (sometimes to the chagrin of critics). Earlier this month, his back-to-back shows at Fenway Park broke attendance records formerly held by Paul McCartney and Dave Matthews. So expect Taco Bell Arena to be more than a little full for Aldean’s 19-bus/truck “Night Train Tour.”
