We Rent Goats of Boise honored for green business success

The Boise brush and weed management company We Rent Goats was among four Idaho businesses that will be honored for improving the quality of life in the state.

Tim and Lynda Linquist of We Rent Goats, along with Congolese refugee Angelique Uwishema of Angel's Day Care, Jenny Moorman of Care Advocate Group and Horacio Castillo of Janitzio Restaurant will receive awards from MicroEnterprise Training & Assistance, which supports small businesses through microloans and consulting.

The businesses will be honored at a Dividends through Diversity dinner and awards event Sept. 26 at the Riverside Hotel in Boise. The cost to attend is $60.

We Rent Goats supplies goats that remove invasive weeds and reduce fire danger.
