Don Soltman, president of the Idaho State Board of Education, talks to the Statesman editorial board about efforts to create better success rates for Idaho students through Complete College Idaho. The goal of the initiative is to get 60% of Idahoans ages 25-34 to acquire a degree or certificate by 2020. Presently, only about 35% to 40% of Idahoans achieve this level of education.
