Boise State tennis player wins open tournament in Oregon

Garrett Patton had to go through the No. 1, 2, and 3 seeds at the 114th Nike Men’s Oregon Tennis Championship to bring home the trophy. Patton defeated No. 2-seeded Oren Motevassel, a pro player from Rancho Mirage, Calif., in the final. Patton won that match 6-1, 6-4.
