Stage Coach Theatre will produce a run of "Tricks," an original play by Lloyd Schwartz.

Schwartz is the founder of Storybook Theater at Los Angeles' Theater West. As a television producer, he worked for many years with his father, Sherwood Schwartz, creator of "Gilligan's Island" and "The Brady Bunch," and on his own.

This play is a dark comedy about an exotic prostitute who tries to shelter her 12-year-old son from the truth about her profession.

Schwartz will be on hand for an opening night red carpet event from 6:30-7:30 p.m. July 12.
