Former Highland High star, NFL running back, current ESPN analyst and cancer survivor Merril Hoge will tell his story in a "Find A Way" seminar at the Idaho State Stephens Performing Arts Center on July 25. The event starts at 7 p.m.
A leading advocate for concussion education, Hoge will provide advice to coaches, parents and athletes on how they can tackle the concussion crisis facing sports. The presentation is geared toward school and sport administrators, coaches, parents and athletes.

Hoge graduated from Highland in 1983, was an All-Big Sky player at Idaho State, and played for the Steelers and Bears in the NFL from 1987 to 1994.
